Recent bust in Barrie
In November, Police in York Region charged 23 people, and seized more than 77 grams of Fentanyl after raids in Georgina.
The York Regional Police Crime Investigations Bureau launched Project Homecoming between Oct. 1 and Nov. 4 after the community voiced its concerns following 14 overdose calls and two deaths in the town.
Kim Phillips, Web Article
Police stated they believe both deaths were connected to the powerful drug.
“Fentanyl is 100 times more potent than morphine. Two milligrams of pure Fentanyl is enough to kill the average adult.”
York Regional Police, Press Statement
Toronto Police have not yet stated what drugs were seized in the raid.
the police cannot bust enough of these drug pushers they should be charged with murder not drug charges every time kids use
fentanyl there is a chance of cardiac arrest but the pukes who cell the drugs dont care its just money to them
so charge them with murder how many beautiful young kids have to die buy these pushers some of these poor kids lying on the
street corners with no mind left because of a pusher he or she makes thousands of dollars a week at the expense of kids lifes
please change canadian law for the pusher to be charged with murder they will think twice if death penalty is put on the pusherjo
