Toronto Police Service News Release
The Toronto Police Service is alerting the public to an arrest in a sexual assault investigation.
On Wednesday, October 21, 2020, at approximately 4 a.m., a 22 year-old woman was walking in the Yonge Street and College Street area.
On Thursday, October 29, 2020, Alexander Driscoll, 40, of Toronto was arrested. He is charged with:
1. Aggravated Sexual Assault
2. Administering Noxious Thing
3. Sexual Assault with Choking
4. Forcible Confinement
He is to appear in court at Old City Hall on Saturday, October 31, 2020.
He is described as 5’8″ to 5’9″, stocky build, shoulder-length brown hair, unshaven, and dark rimmed prescription glasses.
Investigators are asking anyone with any information to contact police.
